Mr. Hackett is a media veteran, active entrepreneur, humanitarian and investor. He has founded, sold and invested in multiple broadcast, technology and training companies. Currently, he holds ownership positions and sits on the board of  MarketLeverage, Legion Capital, Life Giving Force, Web Services and Design Labs.

He is the Chairman of the Board of MarketLeverage.   MarketLeverage is an integrated digital marketing firm and has been recognized as an INC 100 Advertising Firm and Fortune 5000 Fastest Growing Company.

He is the co-founder of Life Giving Force.  Life Giving Force delivers clean water solutions to third world countries and specializes in disaster relief assistance.

Mr. Hackett founded Hackett Media in 1991. Hackett Media, a technology-marketing firm, specializes in direct marketing, web based marketing services, database management, distance and elearning programs.

He served as President and General Manager of the radio stations KGU-AM in Honolulu, Hawaii, KTSS-FM in Honolulu, Hawaii and WTIX-AM in New Orleans, Louisiana. He served as Director of Continuity and Executive Producer for Gannett with KCMO AM/FM. Mr. Hackett began his career in radio, having been responsible for the creation and production of several nationally syndicated radio shows, including “Baseball Sunday with Joe Garagiola,” “Football Sunday” and “NBA Basketball Sunday.”

Mr. Hackett created the seminar and training division for Success Magazine.  Success Magazine Conferences conducts trainings in all 50 states featuring entrepreneur and business training.

He served as the President and Principal of PRM Media Direct. PRM Media Direct is the marketing arm and sister company of PRM Realty, a luxury real estate development firm. PRM specializes in high end, luxury real estate with holdings in Hawaii, New York, St. Thomas, Monaco and the UK.

Mr. Hackett is actively involved in multiple nonprofit and charity causes. He is the Executive Director and board member of Heartland Soccer Association, and is active building orphanages and designing and micro financing projects in third world countries with The Global Orphan Project and Life Giving Force.  .

Mr. Hackett graduated from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri with Bachelor of Arts degrees in communication and public relations. Additionally, he studied international business and literature at Harlaxton College in Grantham, England and graduate studies at University of Missouri – Kansas City.  He currently sits on the President’s Advisory Council at William Jewell College.
